“Rīgas satiksme” calls on passengers not to take marked places
To ensure physical distancing in public transport, “Rīgas satiksme” has marked some seats and calls on passengers not to take them. There is also special marking on the floor reminding passengers that they shall keep physical distancing. “Rīgas satiksme” calls on passengers to be responsible and observe the marking, as well as to use public transport only when there is no other alternative.
To reduce the risk of the spreading of virus COVID 19, everybody must be involved, so it is important that people have as little social contacts as possible and would use public transport during the emergency situation only when it is really necessary.
Those clients having returned from abroad in the last 14 days are urged to observe the quarantine set in Latvia and not to use public transport. Let us be responsible and take care not only of our health, but also of the health of people around us.
